This wine comes from and 85 year old field-blend vineyard at 700 m of altitude in the Serra de São Mamede. Made in a Talha (clay amphora), this wine follows a minimalistic, old-fashioned Alentejo approach to winemaking.

Intense flavours of stone fruit, candied lemon citrus and hay-like and clay mineral notes. The palate is dry and textured, with juicy fruit and fantastic acidity. The wine shows it’s elegance with a super-long finish.
