Another showcase of superb winemaking from Soalheiro. The Nature is made form organic Alvarinho grapes, and made without the addition of sulphites. A true 'natural' wine and one that shines with 'pur terroir'.

Don't be put off by the cloudy appearance, this wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It has remarkable concentration of flavour, displaying red apple, pear and orange peel. A vibrant, pithy wine, it is balanced by a floral elegance and richness from full mololactic.

Beautiful with vegetables, fish and white meats.
