Grape Varieties Loureiro

A fine, aromatic, and mineral example of this grape variety and terroir. From a single vineyard west of the winery, with more Atlantic influence than their Alvarinho. Vinified mostly in stainless steel with temperature control, but with the addition of a single concrete egg blended in, all with batonnage for added complexity. 

The Germinar is crisp and fresh, with white floral notes, lemon citrus, and smoky minerality. A wonderful aperitif, but also a food-friendly wine.
