Grape Varieties Alvarinho

The 9% is vinified in a similar way to the Alvarinho Classico, but here the fermentation is halted early, leaving around 50 g/L residual sugar. This boosts all the usual fruitiness one comes to expect from this great producer.

This wine is sweet, however, it is balanced beautifully with fresh acidity and fruit flavour. The wine, therefore, can work as an excellent warm-afternoon aperitif, or as an excellent dessert wine, pairing well with any fresh fruit pudding.
