A little known variety, hardly ever found outside Lisboa. It really excels in proximity to the Atlantic.

Only released after a little ageing in bottle, to allow integration and developement of the wonderful structure. The Ramilo Vital is dry, saline and crisp, with lemmony citrus, fleshy stone fruit and red apple skins. Great minerality, especially texturally on the palate, and a balance of weight and racy freshness makes for a mouthfilling but very drinkable wine of length and complexity. It'll keep getting better in bottle too!
