Grape Varieties Arinto, Azal & Trajadura

Raza is usually a blend of Arinto (50%), Azal (35%) and Trajadura (15%). A crispness and an easy, cirtus and green apple fruity finish. A hint of off-dry residual sugar boosts the fruit flavours but is nicely balanced by acidity. It is a 'classic' style of vinho verde with a little spritzy gas, very well done, clean and invigorating... You can't go wrong.
