Grape Varieties Padeiro

Perhaps lesser known than the Vinho Verde's Vinhao, but Padeiro is one of Raza's main red grape varieties. Less colour than Vinhao, but just as much acidity and structure.

This single vineyard produces light-skinned grapes, that lend themselves to just a little skin contact to make a really fresh and crisp rose. Lovely, light red berry character with a hint of wildness. Very drinkable, but also textural and structured enough to pair with a wide range of foods.
