A grape variety that thrives at Raza. Often blended with the likes of Arinto and Trajadura, but on it's own this Azal shines! It's special due to the specific single vineyard from which it comes, perfect exposure for ripeneing, and altitude in the rugged hills for freshness.

Crisp and fresh, lots of citrus and green orchard fruit, a little white floral character, and great balance through the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, with salads or light dishes, or just a sunny day.
