Grape Varieties Padeiro and Vinhao

A co-fermentation of two complimentary varieties. No extraction is needed to get a lbit of colour from the Vinhao, and acidity and aromatics from the Padeiro, it's a super blend. Wild fermentation with only the bare minimum sulphur addition for control of the in-bottle fizz.

Juicy strawberry and raspberry, with a touch of hedgerow rose-hip and blackberry for balance. Very light and refreshing, a lovely warm-weather drink.
