Grape Varieties Touriga Franca

A single vineyard expression, very different to what you may expect of this variety from the Douro.

The Arneiro vineyard benfits from the freshness of being west-facing and close to the Atlantic. The variety brings bright, fleshy plum, red current, and raspberry fruit, plus a little green edge and earthiness. The winemaking, partial ageing in both 225L and 500L french oak barrels, adds a little richness, spice, and complexity.
