Grape Varieties Negra Mole and Crato Branco

This Palhete is made from co-fermented grapes from two old vineyards. Due to this, it has a little more to it than a normal rose, with lovely wild, red berry character, woody herbs, and a bit of chalky minerality. The palate has freshness and intensity, with just a hint of tannic grip, and a nice mouth-filling roundness from great ripeness, which makes it very refreshing, but also quite gastronomic.
