Grape Varieties Crato Branco

A hands-off approach to the winemaking, using a natural fermentaion in stainless, is intended to bring out the best and authentic character of this little-known variety, indigenous to the Algarve.

Not a showy wine, but one with a pure citrus and stone fruit profile, with light herbaceous and wet-stone mineral notes. It's natural acidity, considering the more mediterranean climate, makes the wines a fresh aperitif or great with light dishes.
