Grape Varieties Verdelho

One of Pico's 'noble' monocasta wines. The Verdelho is produced mainly in stainless steel, with only 20% seeing oak. This leads to a very fresh and citric wine, with great salinity (as you'd expect), and a lovely seasoning of spice and minerality. The oak is perfectly judged to balance what could be quite searing natural acidity.
