This unique grape produces an amazing wine. Naturally high in acidity, this wine is dry and crisp. Citrus, green fruit, herbaceous, and floral aromas. Almost savoury salinity reminds of samphire, and mingles with mouth-filling texture, but without weight!

Ageing in large volume (5000L), old, oak barrels brings this wine together beautifully.
