Grape Varieties Doña Blanca

Equipo HG's white is a serious and nervy number. They believe in the great potential of the Doña Blanca variety, which makes up 95 % of the blend, with the remainder being Puesta en Cruz.

The wine is de-stemmed, crushed and pressed. The juice is then split, with 2 thirds going into stainless steel and 1 third into used, French oak. The wine is then left to ferment naturally, and aged on fine lees for 6 months, before being reunited as one.

Focused, linear aromatics and ripe fruit mix with light florals. Great weight and texture on the palate, are kept fresh and vibrant with natural acidity and minerality.
