Equipo HG’s Eclectico range is for their project wines. Still learning what’s possible, what’s best, and what they like most, they experiment a lot with what they’ve got.

Finding an old vineyard, new to them, of just Puesta en Cruz (Rabigato), winemaker, Jose, decided to keep this wine simple. Made in stainless steel and aged on lees for a short period, the wine is bursting with fresh citrus acidity and aromatics. Richness and smoky complexity comes from the lees, and results in a wine of balance and one that’s great with food.
