El Titan is the best of the best from Bendito. Not only is this cuvee from Antony's oldest, pre-phyloxera, ungrafted parcels, it's also a selection of the best wines that he feel have the best balance, structure, and ageing potential.

During barrel-ageing Antony tastes everything, and he keeps a few barrels that may ordinarily go into Las Sabias to age longer, for a minimum of 20 months in all new, french barriques.
