A wine of our fathers. Influenced by a previous generation...

A blend of grapes, mainly based on Rufete from Slamanca and Garnacha from Gredos, all small, high altitude, mountainous vineyards (up to 1000m!). Even including some white. As always with Daniel, this is a 'hand-made' wine, with no fining or filtration. Simply made in concrete vats and a portion in seasoned, oak.

The resultant wine is fleshy and juicy, with good tannic grip and texture. The flavours are pure and honest, with a real sense of wild, mountainous viticulture. Great freshness through a long finish.
