Grape Varieties Albillo Real

Very simply, a tasty wine. Historically, this wine used a proportion of Sauvignon Blanc, but is now moving away to soley Albillo Real, from two old vineyards; Maranones and Valdehornos.

The Labels are made by the local wind - Viento Zephyros - freely moving a pen, suspended from a vine.

A bit of skin contact during whole-bunch fermentation, plus ageing in old oak barriques, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. This wine shows great structure and flavour concentration. Its fresh pithiness supports a wonderfully judged oxidative edge.
