Grape Varieties Albillo Real

The 'regal little white one' is a variety not often found outside this area of Spain. It's a naturally low-yielding and aromatic variety that suits the poor, sandy, granit-based soils of the Gredos.

Daniel makes this wine in a very traditional manner, with hand harvesting from 90 year old vines, 6 months skin maceration in tinajas (clay amphora) including 4 months under flor, no fining or filtration, and no added sulphites.

Concentrated flavours, weight and texture on the palate. Kept super fresh by amazing acidity and saline minerality.
