Ultra low intervention expression of a once common variety. Roughly translated as "we'll leave it 'till later", the Adiado is a wine which may be too much of a distraction.

Castelao brings real crunch and zip of fresh berry fruit, with a slightly sour, red cherry acidity, wrapped in an earthy blanket. It works great chilled as well!

A rich, but fresh red, with purity and honesty. Fruity enough on its own, but a great pairing for grilled lamb or game.
