For this wine Carlos selected the precise proportions required from several ancient field-blend vineyards and fermented them in a mix of temperature-controlled tanks and Puligny-montrachet barriques. After ageing in concrete vats, Vinho Imperfeito came together with freshness, harmony, balance and precision.
