Grape Varieties Godello, Palomino, and Dona Blanca

Cantarina's white wine is made from the white grape varieties planted within their old vineyards. The tradition of planting field blends has now allowed them more flexibilty and options as to what they include in different wines and blends.

Co-fermented and aged in 225L and 500L old oak barrels, with 12 months on lees (though without battonage), the La Blanca brings together old-vine, traditional varieties to create vibrancy and complexity and express their terroir.
