Lili, the excitable chocolate Labrador, heads-up the blending team for this wine. Fruit always comes from vineyards in Alenquer, but the blend changes a bit each vintage. The wine is simply made, in stainless steel vats.

Though there are vintage variations, the style is to be a fairly easy-going, everyday wine. Plenty of ripe, berry fruit character, a bit of chocolatey richness, tannic structure, and fresh acidity. Good, drinkable, everyday food wine.
