The label pertains to the inspiration for the wine, when winemaker, Luis, looked at the fluffy white clouds against a clear blue sky and decided to experiment with his beloved Alvarinho grape and make a Pet Nat. There are 4 images of clouds, used at random on the bottles.

This Pet Nat uses the ancestral method, a single fermention finished in bottle, to create a light and elegant espumante, expressing all that is graet about the Alvarinho grape. Bright stone fruit and tropical notes, with leesy minerality, and a fine mousse.
