Not your average rose wine. Fermented in concrete vats, followed by aging in used barriques for 6 months.

Some lovely ripe strawberry and peach fruit notes, pithy orange zest, and earthy minerality. It has a balanced savoury side, with lovely, woody herbs and meaty character from a hint of oxidation. Great freshness results in a very long and morish finish.
